Design and website services are provided during standard business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (GMT/BST) Requests received outside these hours will be acknowledged the next working day.
Graphic Design Services
Scope of Work Includes logo creation, printed media (flyers, business cards, certificates), digital adverts, social media graphics, and editable PDFs.
Revisions Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included unless otherwise agreed. Additional changes may incur a fee.
Asset Licensing All assets used will be copyright-safe and appropriately licensed. Editable files (e.g., SVG, AI, PDF) will be provided upon final approval and payment.
Client Responsibilities Clients must supply accurate content, branding guidelines, and any required imagery. Delays in providing materials may affect timelines.
Turnaround Times Typical turnaround is 5–10 working days depending on project scope. Urgent requests may be accommodated with a surcharge.
Website Design Services
Scope of Work Includes layout design, responsive formatting, basic SEO setup, and integration of client-supplied content. Hosting and domain setup may be advised but not directly managed unless agreed.
Platform Access Clients must provide necessary credentials or delegate access for CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix). Delays due to access issues are not the responsibility of the designer.
Maintenance & Updates Ongoing maintenance is not included unless part of a separate agreement. Post-launch updates are billed hourly or per task.
Browser Compatibility Sites are tested on current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Legacy browser support may be limited.
Client Approval Final designs will be submitted for approval before launch. Once approved, any further changes may be subject to additional charges.
Communication & Collaboration
Preferred contact: WhatsApp, Messenger, or Email during service hours
Face-to-face meetings available locally (Thaxted CM6) for larger projects
All project briefs and approvals should be documented in writing
Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins
